Nashville native Jamie Pfeffer received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Auburn University in 2001. He received a Master of Building Construction in 2003. His educational background allowed him to work on an array of projects of different scales in various locations around the world. After working with several prestigious firms and projects across the country and abroad, Jamie’s passion led him back to his beloved Nashville to establish Pfeffer Architecture in 2007. In 2010 he expanded the firm to PfefferTorode Architecture with the addition of a studio in Montgomery, Alabama. Jamie uses the perspective gained from these experiences to offer his clients unique design solutions and world class service. Jamie is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and maintains registration in several states.
Jamie is fundamentally driven by the act of creation. Regardless of the project scope, scale, or style, it is about translating an idea, through a filtering of thoughts and a harnessing the resources required, into the built environment that drives his passion.
Jamie spends his free time with his family, playing various sports, and relaxing on the farm.
