From an early age, Montgomery native Scott Torode’s interest in architecture was nurtured by his father Don, and his family’s travels to historic locations. Scott pursued studies in history and art, then received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University in 1998. His varied interests in art, construction and history, combined with the experience of growing up in an architect’s household, lends Scott the ability to design in a wide range of architectural influences. He is affiliated with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. He and his wife Shannon are the parents of three children, Elliot, Ellison and Stewart, their oldest, who is currently an intern in the Montgomery office. From the looks of it, the tradition continues.
