Renowned chef Sean Brock’s new venture transforms the abandoned Jack Ward Plumbing warehouse in Cleveland Park, an historic streetcar neighborhood in East Nashville, into a restaurant dedicated to the vanishing culture and ingredients of Appalachia.
The two-story restaurant features two dining rooms, open flame cooking, an experimental kitchen, an heirloom seed bank, and an employee mindfulness center.
