Elk River Club
The Elk River Club, located in Banner Elk, North Carolina is an escape for members to enjoy a variety of activities, including their world class equestrian facilities. Pfeffer Torode was tasked with creating a space for members to gather and for their horses to be cared for while seasoning in the North Carolina Mountains.
Located on nearly 40 acres of fenced pasture and paddock, the Saddle Club and stables are the center of activity at Elk River Club. Within the stable there are 22 stalls, two tack rooms, inside and outside wash racks, laundry facilities and a member’s lounge for relaxation. Adjacent to the stable are rings for riding and jumping, and beyond that are miles of riding trails on over 100 acres of riding preserve.
